Car seller links with online Texas auto loan provider

Payless Car Sales was initially formulated to provide a sales platform for disposing of rental vehicles for sister company Payless Car Rental. It became a separate entity in February 2002 and has now grown to nearly 60 locations in 16 states and Puerto Rico, and it has development plans for Canada, Mexico and Europe, a release said.
