Small Business Workshop PRESS RELEASE SCORE Presents a Small Business Basics Workshop Saturday, Mach 8, 2008 Contact: SCORE at 412-395-6560, Ext. 130 or 131 SCORE Pittsburgh presents another Small Business Basics Workshop on Saturday, March 8, 2008 at our new location, DeVry University , second floor, 210 Sixth Ave., downtown Pittsburgh (corner of Liberty Sixth Avenues-building entrance is directly across the street from the Wood St. Trolley Station).

This workshop, which is presented by working professionals, helps new businesses get off to the right start by studying the legal requirements of starting a business, and covering key topics that will impact the success or failure of the business. Subjects covered include business plan development , marketing , record keeping , taxes , and financing including how to obtain small business loans . Registration and continental breakfast will commence at 8:30 AM.
